Forestry Plan
Forestry Plans are instruments of forest land-use planning that are generally prepared on a voluntary basis, usually at the initiative of the forest owners. They serve as a planned presentation and implementation of specific forestry and/or interdisciplinary topics (e.g. nature, water and soil conservation, forest – culture). The Forestry Plan – a flexible forest planning instrument
Most foresters associate a classical exam question with the Forestry Plan:“Name three instruments of forest land-use planning?” In these cases, it was good to know the right answer: Forest Development Plan, Forestry Plan and Hazard Zone Plan. Other people only know this term “from hearsay”, if at all. > more about: The Forestry Plan – a flexible forest planning instrument
