Plant Protection Act
The Plant Protection Act regulates the measures to protect against the introduction of pests of plants and plant products. The present, consolidated version applies from 1 January 2005.
This federal law is also on wood, wood products and articles of wood of all types to apply and regulates vorallem- the official bodies and institutions of the Austrian plant protection service,
- the protected areas,
- the general prohibitions and restrictions on the movement of harmful organisms,
- Pass the plants and
- the penalty provisions.
