Life Ministry presents the Austrian forest report in English:

Sustainable Forest Management in Austria - Austrian Forest Report 2004
The forest is for the environment and quality of life in Austria is of crucial importance. The comprehensive presentation of the multiple effects of forests in Austria has a long tradition.

After the June 2005 presented Austrian Forest Report 2004 in German language is now the English-language edition, entitled "Sustainable Forest Management in Austria - Austrian Forest Report 2004" is available. The breakdown of the reports was conducted in accordance with criteria and indicators of the Ministerial Conference on the Protection of Forests in Europe. The Austrian Forest Report is now in the international context, the business card of Austria for applied sustainability: the example of forest management.
